The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has extended the registration deadline for the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) and the Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT). Students can now submit applications until Saturday, September 20, 2025.
According to a public announcement by the commission, the decision was made to assist a greater number of students and ensure more people can take the entrance exams. The HEC advised applicants to complete their registrations well before the final date to avoid last minute technical issues.
USAT is a mandatory test for those applying to undergraduate programs. The HAT is required for admissions to MS/MPhil and PhD programs, as well as for various higher education scholarships.
The HEC has also encouraged students to stay connected with its official social media channels for current information.
