Eligibility Criteria of CM Punjab Apna Ghar (Ashiana) Housing Scheme 2018:
- Accumulative monthly income in rupees of candidate and his family together: must be below 50,000/-
- Candidate should not have any real estate property, house or plot registered under his/her name.
- Candidate should not be bank defaulter. Yellow Cab and Ashiana Scheme members who have already paying installment for that schemes are not eligible for Apna Ghar Scheme
- Applicants must have no bad police records
- Applicant age must be up to 55 years
- Widows and females are also eligible for Apna Ghar Scheme 2018
- Candidate must be able to pay the fixed installments per month for 10 years

- Minimum monthly installment is 8000 rupees and not less than this amount for any plan
Price of flat starts from 11 lac 99 thousand rupees and ranges differently
Only single and double bed room fully developed flats are available for now
